Solide, ausdauernd, leistungsfähig: Das ThinkPad T14sbaut auf den AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 350 Prozessor auf, der mit 32 Gigabyte LPDDR5X-Arbeitsspeicher und einer ein Terabyte großen M.2 PCIe-SSD zusammenarbeitet. Das IPS-Display mit einer Diagonale von 35,6 cm (14") erreicht eine Helligkeit von bis zu 500 cd/m² und löst mit 1.920 x 1.200 Pixeln. Die Tastatur mit TrackPoint bietet hohen Schreibkomfort und ist dank Hintergrundbeleuchtung auch bei wenig Licht gut nutzbar. Mit USB4, WLAN bis zum Standard Wi-Fi 7, HDMI, Bluetooth 5.4 und einer Webcam ist das ThinkPad T14s äußerst flexibel - bei einem Gesamtgewicht von 1300 Gramm und einer Akkulaufzeit von ca. 17 Stunden.
